What a Week?

 Can someone explain how a Saturday of fun change into a week of high drama?  By Wednesday I'm thinking of running away with the dogs!  Really! Tensions.tensions and more tensions. At one point Dr. Phil here we come or Jerry Springer we are on the air! Maybe this group could get a camera and start a reality show.  Of course, who would edit the thing?  Families are really great but this week high maintenance!  What do other families do?  Walk out, move or disown? The really great things are they will always be there.  Maybe not helpful but there. As all of us get older we seem to know the buttons to push with the ones we love. Tomorrow I'm taking a mini vacation. No school pickup, no overnights just a run away time. A walk out of the neighborhood, maybe a show. I'm turning off the cell phone and visiting some friends. When they find me I will be more patient, more of a listener or forget the word but in a sentence. I wonder if I dye my hair purple would anyone notice?
